We have the system set up to automatically print journals to file under Tools -> Options -> Journals. We also have a Printouts directory defined under File -> Company Settings -> File Locations

Every task in every module that generates a journal automatically does this based on that setting EXCEPT for some reason Payroll Generate Direct Deposits. That task requires me to browse to a save location, name the file, and click OK.

Please have this task automatically create the journal based on the criteria setup in Tools -> Options -> Journals
