Good idea. Perhaps it could be implemented by adding for all users in a specified UI profile.
Even better if it pulled up the users and you put a tick next to the ones you wanted to access the report
You could also easily ID which users have access to each report.
an idea is to have a security tab on the report, and even after the report is added to the desktop, to be able to add or delete users access to the report.
great idea. Right now it is all or else you have to touch each person's desktop to add a report.
We needed this functionality two versions ago, so please, please include it in the next Product Update.
Certainly need this. It's a pain having to go from computer to computer to put the reports on when not everybody needs/should have access to them. We have lots of these reports.... Even if there is just a customization directory where we could add them from the backend. But I like the click each user idea better. Done in one fell swoop.
In the properties box of the custom report, it would be good if you could have the ability to remove it for users via the UI profiles
Agree, one should be able to add a custom report to the Sage desktop for multiple users but not all by selecting them from a drop down list. Having to set a given report for say 20 of 50 users is a long process and very repetitive!
