There is a need to have a tool that is part of Accpac that allows me to create excel reports that pull information from both SageCRM and Accpac from whcih I can then run marketing programs on. I would like to be able to create a report that gave me information on sales of certain items and cross referenced them against items in opportunities allowing me to see which items had a better opportunity close rate and if there were linked products that could be bundled together.

• Already there - Alchamex. (which becomes Accpac BI in 6.0).
  Just needs the licnece purchased to allow the CRM link.

• Google Stonefield Query for Accpacc. Much better than Alchemex. I understand that the Stonefield product will have a combined ERP/CRM reporting version out very soon.
