When I want to create a quote or order in SageCRM it is very diffucult and requires the Accpac O/E screen which is slow and complicated. Needs to be easier

Agreed. You have to install an ocx to get the screens to open, and then the speed is really slow. It would be ideal if it all linked through to a none browser
It will be good if users don't have to create an oportunity in CRM first before they try to create an order/quote in CRM. They should pick a company and person and then just create a quote/order in CRM with the required quantities and other valid detials/costs and then when they click to "complete" the quote/order, it shoudl automatically create an oportunity in CRM in the backround (if one there is not already an oportunity for this person and company chosen).
