We get asked for this all the time, for Blackberries. People don't want to have to use run CRM in a browser on the BB, or integrate through Outlook on the desktop. They want to receive a CRM appointment directly into the BB calendar, and edit the BB calendar item and have it update the CRM appointment.
This is what customers want, and not just blackberry.
SageCRM’s Wireless Mobile solution allows you to work online using an IE Mobile browser on any device. It is also possible to work online with CRM from other mobile devices with browsers, such as the BlackBerry Pearl or iPhone. Users of such devices should note, however, that the SageCRM user interface will differ from that seen when using an IE Mobile device.
