Accpac needs to add the ability to track and report on all changes made to Accpac payroll. This should be a audit logger like function.

  • I agree that a change report for payroll processing needs to be developed and available to those using Accpac payroll module. This is a standard report that would be aavailable if we were using an outside payroll vendor.

  • A payroll change report would be very helpful and would strength controls over payroll processing, help monitor that only authorized changes are being made, etc.

  • Stronger yet would be an alert system that sends the admin a text or e-mail whenever certain admin-selectable events occur (i.e. new payroll code, change to an employee rate, etc.)
