CRM users should be able to easily print to PDF any Accpac document (according to the user's security profile- controlling what documents the user has access too) and this should be done with out using an Accpac license (LanPak).

  • Yes, that is a given. It must, given that they have the security rights to do so.

  • Great new planned feature but I also suggest that documents from Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) are printed or emailed to a client (from Sage 300 ERP) they should be automcatically stored in the Sage CRM Communications and Docuement Library. i.e. When our AR person does their bi-weekly process of sending invoices and statements to our customers it would be nice if they had an option (in Sage 300 ERP settings somewhere) to automatically store the email these invoices/statemetns under the AR contact person in Sage CRM. It should automatically input in the details of the communicatino that it is an invocie or statement.

With integrated Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM that AR contact is already in Sage CRM so the email will find that person in Sage CRM.

I also suggest an option to link this communication/document in Sage CRM in AR Collections module with date/time stamp so we know exactly when the origonal invoice and statments were sent to the client for aging purposes.

That way anyone go into the communications in Sage CRM, after the fact, see when the invoice was sent and to whom (without having to go search in the AR or person's Outbox in Outlook manually).
