In v5.6 IC Serial/Lot Reconciliation screen, Under Transaction Type Receipt, the screen should allow user to select a PO Receipt or IC Receipt Number to apply against.

• Reconciliation should enable Serial/Lot numbers to be allocated against any existing OE, IC or PO transactions after the event, so the transactions can be entered without serisl/lots, then the serial/lots be added later.
