At international markets is very common you buy products in a foreign curency (typically USD dollars) but you invoice to customers in functional currency (in our case Mexican Pesos MXP).
So it is a must that you could get a price list in dollars even if customer is setup in Mexican Pesos and convert price to Mexican Pesos using a spot rate. If I have those two prices at OE I can quote in Dollars (very common) and when shipping/invoicing convert those Price Dollars to Functional Currency to billing customer in Mexican Pesos.
If not, this is a nightmare. You can not quote in Accpac and also and more important you need to change price when shiiping/invoicing because rate change every single day and you dont know until that moment.
