It would be useful to create a header in the UI, but then have the ability to import details from excel/csv/legacy systems at the push of a button.

• Yes, this is exactly the function that most users of Accounts Payable will ever need. They are data-entry clerks who need to control data going into the system, but don't need to re-type the same invoices month after month.
