We often get charged for fuel surcharges when we ship our products. At some point we were charging our customers a fuel surcharge based on a percentage of the line item totals. In order to do this automatically, we created tax code and "tricked" the systen in charging a % automatically. We didn't want our clerks calculating this manually. It would be nice to have an Accpac built in charge that would accomplish this without using a tax code.

Perhaps this could be implemented by allowing "Discount or Surcharge", where a surcharge is simply a negative discount.
