Sage 300: PJC Revenue Recognition should ensure no Open Purchase Order before setting project to 'Closed'

In PJC 5.5. RevReg function simply close the project without checking whether there are open PO items related to the Project.

After the project was closed. The Purchase Receipts containing the closed project items, was not able to processed. The Purchase Order also could not be Completed.
