A Purchase Order was issued for several contracts. When one of the contract is closed, PO Receipt doesn’t allow user to call the same PO to continue receiving for other contract.
The PO Recept screen will show:
At PO Receipt screen, when call out the PO Number, it shows:
Invalid Input: The status of Contract XXXX is closed.

Why Accpac allow to close Contract even though there is still an Outstanding PO?

Accpac cannot even print out a list of outstanding PO related to the job as can be done by Accpac DOS.
