Sage 300: OE: - Order Entry - comment / instruction line. I have to enter a lot of lot numbers and there needs to be a way to completely copy the instructions and comments back to each other without having to go line by line. That is too tedious.

Many of my orders have a lot number required for the product that needs to be on both the instructions for the warehouse to write down and the customer to see later. So to type lot on customer side and the on instruction side one time is not so bad, but if you have one line item that requires additional info you have to use multiple lines and that requires multiple copy and past.

Use lot tracking, it prints on the OE documents.

Same for AR Invoices, the limitiations of the number of characters (254 from memory) and the insert line procedure for each new line of comment is time consuming and non productive.

Definity needs this - we retype the same thing OVER AND OVER AGAIN B/C THERE IS NO WAY TO COPY OR SAVE COMMENTS
