Can Misc Charges please be included in OE sales history tables. Standard sales reports could include an option to exclude misc charges.

I have found that most customers want to include misc charges in sales analysis, and they often use non-stock items merely to force them to show on the sales analysis, or we have to write the sales analysis from Invoice and Credit notes tables instead of Sales History tables.
