Have the ability to put the Field Name as the Column Heading. For example if exporting customer records give the ability to export the headers as either the field name such as IDCUST or the field label such as Customer Number etc.

Unless you sit there with the Object Model it's really hard to know what the column names are for general users, even when you sit there with the object model it's a pain.

Is EMAIL1 the contacts email or the customer email address, what about EMAIL2????????????? which one is that.

Same could be used for importing as well.
