PLEASE let us add/change G/L Security and HAVE users in the system.
It's a great feature but currently having to have exclusive access to the Database is very annoying. I can see the logic to a point however why don't you either.
A) If the user is logged in apply the changes the next time they are logged in.
B) Check if they are logged in, if they are logged in give us an error, then we can boot them out and apply the changes. If they are not logged in just apply the changes as we are making changes to users that are not logged into the system so there should be no processing conflicts to worry about.
Currently administrators have to log in out of hours to set this stuff up. I know that it is generally only done once for everybody and after that only on a piecemeal basis but the way it works currently us really annoying!

same goes for changes to account permissions. very annoying to have to do this when no other users are logged in.
