Need ability of one workflow to update and or start any another workflow.

For example, have a Company Workflow, which when I set the Status to Opportunity, it creates an a new opportunity with an opportunity workflow. However, once the Opportunity is finished, ie Sold or Lost, then I need to reset the Company workflow back to Start. This needs to be automated. Need the ability to do this via workflow and not scripting.
