In prior versions of Lot/Serial Number you could have any optionional field come up when the lot selection screen comes up. This linked the optional field with the lot. In 56, you can only add the optional field at a transactional level, which does not related back to the lot

• I agree 100%!!! This is a feature that was removed in 5.6A. It is critical for end users to be able to complete optional field info at the transaction level as they were able to do in previous versions of Lot Tracking.

• Besides Optional Fields, user also cannot enter the expiry date of each lot at the pop up screens in v5.6. This feature exists in previous versions of lot tracking.

• For Food service companies, Productuion Date & Expiry Date are mandatary, We were using optional field for Production date, till 5.5A there is no issue, now we are not able to enter this information, so we need this option ASAP.

• My clients use lot optional fields to monitor the dye colour and now this feature has been removed. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
