When using the Database Dump icon WITHIN a company, it would be smart if it pulled up the organisation that you are logged into rather than the first one on the list as users often don't look at the company and just assume that they are dumping the company they are in.

Agree. I never use the company based dump load for just this reason. Too easy to make a mistake.
