G/L Security is great, the same concept needs to be applied to these other functional modules of Accpac. You need to be able to limit security access to each of these functional areas, for example in A/R and O/E limit users to the range of customers they can see, and also block is so that if they type in a valid customer number (even if they can't see it) that the system blocks access.

Would be great if GL Security would work in the other modules like it does in GL. For example, in GL Batch list you don't see any batches that contain GLs you don't have rights to. But, in AP, for example, you see every batch and can change an entry that includes a restricted GL account. So much for GL security.
Even better would be to add Group / Department security to all of Accpac so that only members of the group / department can see related batches, customer, vendors, transactions etc.
Some companies would like their employees to be able to reconcile one bank account but not be able to see all of the bank accounts. Being able to allow reconciliation access by bank account would be great.
There is 3rd party solution for PJC security based on Project Manager's visibility.
We'll definetely need Security of TimeCards approval process by Manager.
