I've never worked with a system that a printed aging did not reflect the date of the last payment received, some even show the amount.
It helps too, to know at a quick glance whether a particular customer account has aged because of non-payment or if it just perhaps some straggling invoices. An account that did not pay you at all is of huge and immediate concern.
