We created a Third email field wich containes all the emails from our web site, but we also have business email adress for our contacts. We are unable to send mass emails to our email field. I undertand the logic behind the creation of Sage email platform. But I do not undertand also why wouldnt we have the choise of the email field when sending mass email. Because of this i am using a third party software, and i am unable to use all the communication and reporting , marketing Service used in SAGECRM. WE are very upset on this mater HOPING there will be changes to facilitate our work. THe whole project on integrating our website to sageCRM on HOLD.
