Complaint from users and consultants there are too many icons on desktop.
Sometime quite confusing.

But the Security Group does not work in line with the number of icons on the Desktop.

• I am not quite sure what the issue here is, but if you assign the "Customize Company Desktop" security right to the users, then they will be able to customize their desktop to their liking.
  
  They can create a single folder and put all the icons that they use into that folder, or create several folders for their various tasks and sort these folders for easier access (such as a folder for Reports, a folder for Entry forms, etc).
