This is probably more of a bug report than an idea but in forms reports in OE the full path is showing rather than just the file name. The path always obsucres the file name making it difficult for an operator to know which form is being used. This is a real problem in larger organisations where multiple forms are used for mulitiple departments, etc.

  • I would extend this idea to having a dropdown box instead of the browse option that ONLY showed orders for order confirmations, shipment forms for shipments, Invoice forms for Invoices, PO forms for PO's etc etc etc........

  • Agreed, dumb it down as in AP checks.

  • Showing the path is not only annoying, it is also wrong because the customisation directory rules will override the displayed path.

  • Not necessary, if you preview the report you will see the path to the report it is using in the windows title bar.
