It would be nice to be able to create an Outlook meeting request from CRM. Currently you have to create the meeting in outlook and then go to CRM to associate it to the CRM record.

I agree. We need tigher and more rliable CRM to Outlook integrattion and it would also be nice to have the recurring meeting functions from Outlook available in CRM too!
We just got this request on a demo today. This is a definite must.
Also, allow multiple Persons to be attached to an appointment, tasks. this is a serious limitation. I'm guessing an Invitees table would be in order to accomodate multiple Persons and still maintain the Company/Person in the web picker screen. Salesforce.com does this quite well.
