Not just 'Related Persons', but actual appointments in each Person's Communications tab. We seldom meet with just one person. Typical meetings are with from 2-to-4 individuals. CRM should track the appointment for all 4 - or how many are attending. The user's Calendar should only show the single meeting though.
Also, meetings are often attended by other interested parties, e.g. a construction project might have meetings with members of the owner / GC, as well as representatives from the architecture and engineering firms. Again, the goal of CRM is to track all communications with everyone we interact with. To accomplish this in CRM as currently modelled, you need to set up multiple appointments - which is completely misleading and inefficient.
