It would be great if you could change a vendor number directly, rather than adding a new vendor and deleting the old one. The problem with this method is that searching for transactions under the new vendor number will only bring up items created since the change.

If AccPac could recognize that the vendor is the same (despite the number change), that would be great.

• What are you talking about? Use Vendor number change and it will change all the transaction records to the new Vendor Number.

• dead right stephen...but they could give the "change" products a bit of a refresh...they are pretty ugly!

• They also need to change it from only allowing to save to Excel 95, as this catches most people out if you do not save properly - it will not work of you save in any other form
