Allow mapping of fields between CRM/Outlook. This can be per-user or system wide.

Also define what gets synched on a per-user basis. For example a user might not want all their "Private" appointments to synch over, or any task flagged as a certain type, or even all tasks for that matter. Right now its all or nothing.
