open accpac from crm without power user

When user open CRM and select a customer then want to check OE.
if the user has 'power user' for the local computer, the user is able to open it.
if the user doesn't have the 'power user' then nothing will be opened - just blank page

  • This issue is linked to the requirement of the integration between Sage ERP Accpac and SageCRM to use a Sage Accpac license (LanPak) when a user opens the order entry module. With the release of Sage Accpac version 6.0 (with SageCRM 7.0) the user will no longer need to use a Sage Accpac license to create/complete an order or quote from with in SageCRM - this new enhancement has been called Quote to Order. For more detailed information on this enhancement check out the "SageCRM integration Update Notice" that is now available with Sage Accpac 6.0.
