There is no need to run IC day end processing if in the IC Setup both “Cost Items During” and “Create Subledger Transactions and Audit Info. During” are set to “Posting”, but In Lot Tracking 5.6a, if you use “Auto-Allocate” in OE Order Entry for a particular item, then you cannot use “Auto-Allocate” again for the same item in a new order until you manually run IC Day End Processing despite the fact that in IC Setup both above options are already set to “Posting”.

We should be able to use the “Auto-Allocate” in LT56a without running DEP manually. This feature was available in the earlier versions of LT.
