Some of our clients using Payroll have their company departmentalized.
However when entering the information in the time card, the employees are sorted based on the employee code.
We want it to be possible to sort the time card entry by departments. If not is it possible to include the selection list option on the time card so that the clients can create a filter.
This is necessary because the different department heads submit payroll information to the payroll clerk. They then have the task of entering the information. if the employees are grouped by department, then the data entry process would be more efficient.

  • I have the same issue and it's very inconvenient and time-wasting, not to mention potentially error-prone, when the time cards can't be sorted by department.
