I would appreciate that the compatibility issues with new versions of Microsoft product are resolved faster. Miscrosoft is releasing beta version for developers to try. Sage should be more pro-Active of this.

For exemple: Microsoft Office 2010, Outlook 2010 integration is not supported with 7.0and it should be only supported with CRM7.1

We can not offert CRM 7 with the new feature because Office 2010 is not suppoted.
