1) Add Outstanding Balance to top of screen - so it's always visible, no matter what tab is selected.
2) Improve load time of form. It is currently much slower than the old v5.5 Customer Activity.

• also when doing an invoice inquiry and you want to print it from the AR inquiry screen it will only use AR invoices, when the entry is actually an OE invoice. Why can you not print the OE invoice?

• The ascending order for comments on the Comments tab is backward. Users who look at this screen want to start with most recent comments and work back/down from there.
