Sage 300: Add a new status for serials and lots called "Not available - Damaged" so serials and lots can be entered on Credit Notes (in OE) with type Damaged Items. The serials and lot numbers would also flow through any reports or inquiries for those transactions, too.

There is currently a workaround for this with RMA, which handles this type of thing, however we should have this as part of core functionality.

How about put the old status back "SOLD" instead of available or not available.

Statuses should include at least "In Stock", "Faulty", "Sold", "Returned from Customer" and "Returned to Vendor"
