Mine hasn't worked since SAGE purchased ACCPAC. I keep thinking it will be fixed in the next update but I am running 5.6 and it still doesn't work.

Contact Tech Support or check the knowledge base.
It is a registry setting that needs fixing.......its in the knowledge base
It was caused by a Microsoft update restricting access to CHM help files. not by Sage purchasing Accpac. Check the knowledge base for a solution.
There is a fix for this but it has been several versions that you have to apply the fix for now. It would be nice to include it in the program install or as an update.
We have managed to get ours to work now, thank you for the input.
