We have Purchase Orders that go out, we do not have the inventory module, but would like to be able to set up bill to and ship to address without having to re-enter the information each time.

Totally agree.
"Ship to" is needed to inform suppliers where delivery is required, and the contact person.
"Bill To" is needed to vary billing address/contact which is not necesarily the same.
In both cases the requirent for communicating contacts to the supplier arises irrespecive of Inventory.

I also agree. Why can't we have in PO Setup 2 new icons. One for Ship to Location and the other for Bill to Location? Or just have one to serve both! How hard can this be?
This idea has been sitting here for something over5 years. Sage, any response?
