Currently, once you have marked a deposit as Cleared and post a bank reconciliation, you cannot later return a customer receipt. With electronic payments becoming more common, banks frequently clear items and then return items several days later. If this happens over a month end and the bank reconciliation has been posted, items cannot be Returned in Accpac. Please change the program to allow Receipts to be returned even if they have been cleared previously.
