Currently when you Print Financial Reports using the Print Financial Statements function and you have this set to Preview there is no simple way to save this. Clients would like to able to Preview the report and then save it to a file. So stick a save \ export button on the preview screen.

Currently you can only save it (and then open the file to see if it looks ok)
Preview it (it looks OK but you can't save it)

I guess using something like PDF995 as a printer driver would at least let you save the document but most people want it saved in an excel format anyway.
