Currently you can have only one employee note per employee even though the employee notes are in a seperate table. Some clients need to track historical information such as raise, review dates over the years with comments and the 250 char limit isn't enough, but they really don't need a full HR system.

If they don't have 25 employees they don't need HR or anyway to track that info on anything other than a spreadsheet.
