The portal is abysmal! Please fix - the previous site was manageable. The BROWSE for Customers and PUBLIC Docs - do not work. Wazup withat?

  • Just to clarify - he is talking about the new sage customer portal, not the ACCPAC portal in version 6.0. But yes, the customer portal is one of the worst websites I have ever used! I can spend an hour trying to find something and the next time I go back I will spend another hour because it was so unintuitive.
