One of the biggest limitation of Leads is that you can only have 1 contact. This sucks when trying to upload lead lists with several contacts, you almost have to push them to the Company side of the house. Then you muck up your Company data with unqualified Leads. We've done customizations in the past adding a LeadContacts table, but the Data Upload doesn't take that into account.

Why not structure the Leads like Companies and add a Persons tab. Allow the Data Upload to work the same way as the Company Data Upload.
