Adding Optional Fields

When you add a new optional field that is required on all G\L Accounts it is a difficult and time consuming process to achieve.

Users have to either manually add the new optional field to each account, or else use the export \ import function to achieve this. When a client has a large chart it takes a very long time to add a new optional field to 15-20000 accounts.

It would be nice to have a periodic process that allows a user to apply an optional field against a series of G\L Accounts, or build it into the Create Accounts function.
