To allow different rates for employee. Eg the normal unit cost for employee John is $10 per hour. When he works overtime, per hour rate will be say $15 per hour. currently, only one rate is allowed for each employee setup.

We also have Employees who work at Different Jobs during a 2-week period with different Pay and Billing Rates. An Employee may work several Jobs with different Pay Rates and Billing Rates during the Pay Period
I can also get another 10 to vote on this.
A few clients need this feature, it is an essential requirement. It is causing major upset with their business process.
Client using Payroll for job costing and billing, need to be able to use a non-quantity labour code. Payroll TC allows non-quantity labour code, but Jobs time card does not allow.
As a result total job hours can't exceed total pay hours, however you allowed job hours lower than total pay hours. Sege needs to address this rule.
Not all job related labour costs or earning codes needs to be hourly, some can be a fixed amount.
If in AP I can expense to Labour cost class, I should be able to do it in Payroll as well.
