In Canadian Payroll we need the ability to archive terminated employees (similar to the function in Accpac Plus payroll) so that they do not show up in the employee listings. This will also facilitate timecard entry where the entry clerk uses the NEXT record button to navigate to the next active employee.

• I use a filter on the employee finders to only show active employees. I can see my archived employees by using the NEXT button or clearing the filter.

• Why would a clerk use the next button to move between employees? That would be time consuming anyways
