Both Firefox and Chrome are more widely used than IE, therefore SageERP 6.0 portal and CRM should be compatible to run on these browsers. IE is not the browser in use in many companies.

both of this is coming, the reason why 6.0 portal only works in IE is because there are no new UI's and it can only use the existing Active X based screens, 6.1 this won't be a problem. CRM I believe is heading down the browser independent path as well in a similar timeframe to 6.1.
Definitely Need this! Sage CRM CTI needs to work in Chrome.
