Some users don't like the finder and would like other options for finding documents.

Make it easier to find a specific order or credit note when you don't know the document number

Use Vendor Activity for payables or
Customer enquiry for receivables
Then drag whatever column you have your "most useful" information in to the left so you see it first
Ideally you should be able to sort on each column with a mouse-click at the top as in Microsoft and other accounting packages
