When entering an order and you enter a customer number at the customer number field then click the new button to change customer information you cannot use the AR Inquiry button at this point. I also have clients that use products such a Notes Alert and they really like it but are frustrated with the fact that AR Inquiry does not work with this icon. What are the plans to correct this isssue. I know the workaround is to load AR Inquiry and leave minimized but what are the future plans in regards to resolving this issue.
