Please improve the design, screen layout, navigation and search capabilities of the customer portal.

Searching requires too many mouse clicks to find specific items. Search preferences cannot be saved, and seartch logic isnt good.

The menu structure & terminology on the portal is not perceptive so required info can often not be found.
