Customers may have Accpac modules that they no longer use or need. In this case to remove them, the customer must use the SDK "Deactivate" tool to deactivate the application and remove the tables. However, customer's do not have access to the SDK except through a Development Partner.
Accpac should provide the Deactivate tool as part of "Administrative Services" but with strict security allowing only the Admin user to use it.
This makes sure that members of the company do not accidentally remove vital tables/information while providing the flexibility to manage their own install a bit more.
